Account Manager

Location: City of Industry, California                                                                                                             May.11.16


A growing multi-national manufacturer of networking is seeking an Account Manager personnel for company’s core businesses handing national retail and distribution account. This responsibility would be to collaborate with the remaining sales team in channel developments in the North America territories. The opening will optimize profitability for the company and its distribution network by presenting value enhancing programs to the distribution network and retail chains stores.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Proactively work with sales and marketing teams to promote, drive and track vendor specific sales promotions and reseller programs.

Develop strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs.

Manage channel relationships with the objective of increasing sales in focus accounts. Interface with all individuals in a VAR account which are capable
        of developing and increasing sales with specific attention on executive management, individual sales contributors, technical experts and marketing

Work with VAR accounts to identify, launch and complete marketing and incentive programs to motivate VAR sales teams to increase sales of Tenda
        products and solutions.

Proactively create and then manage customer lead development and follow them to closure.

Communicate regularly with upper management by providing reports, account status and project updates on a regular basis.

Analyze market data to identify trends and/or opportunities.

Become familiar and remain current in knowledge of Tenda’s programs, products and product offerings.

Coordinate product training and ongoing education of the sales team including making group presentations.

Provide support in other areas in order to support the company’s success.


Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills at a professional level and the ability to multi-task functions including the comprehension of  
        computer skills.

Having the concept of financial and supply chain operations and product knowledge will be a plus.

Candidates will need to demonstrate the willingness to elaborate business development with distributor networks and Retail Chains.  Moreover,
        candidates must be a high energy self-starter and a team-player.  

Customer facing skills with the ability to present, train and build business plans with key Value Added Resellers.

Ability to work in a team environment but also as an individual contributor, someone with self-motivation and a desire to deliver results.


The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Marketing or Computer related field.

At least two years of experience in relation to sales, business development, or marketing in retail channel role. Experience with Networking
        products & work experience at vender preferred.

Customer Service Representative


Customer Service Representative are service specialist who support customers with issues via multiple channels. Through problem identification,
troubleshooting, education, and resolution, CSRs are required to provide exceptional customer service.


•    Customer Service: Answering and solving problems for customers over the phone. This is one of the given daily tasks in customer service.

•    RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): To provide a case # and keep track for any defective or stock rotation return from customers in any channel
     (retail, wholesale). Any customer support member will need to keep track of the RMA cases in the log book.

•    Tenda North America website On-Line Live Chat: A new function of Live Chat service will be implemented in company’s new North America website.
      This is another daily task for which is assigned to the customer support team member to provide service via the company website.

•    Product Testing: Customer support member will need to test any new, used and defective products received from HQ, end user and our channels in
     order to determine products’ performance, functionality or defectiveness. A test report should be generated for each case to be archived, emailed,
     or informed to the supervisors, manager or customers.

•    Maintenance of RMA inventory and location: To ensure the RMA location is well maintained in terms of stocks, paper work and serial number data
      base filing. Periodically, it requires cleaning empty boxes and scrap and dump unwanted inventory etc.

•    Working as a team: One of the important criteria is to provide helping hands to other personnel within Tenda Technology Inc. in the events when man
     power is needed to complete tasks.


•    Basic knowledge of networking products, computer operating system Windows (7/8/XP/Vista) and MAC

•    Computer or IT network related certification preferred but not required

•    Ability to work effectively and quick learning in a collaborative team environment

•    Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred

E Commerce Marketing Manager (Amazon)

Location: City of Industry, California                                                                                                              May. 11.16


We are currently looking to add an e-Commerce Marketing Manager to our product management and marketing team. We seek a passionate and motivated individual with a strong interest in e-commerce, marketing, and analytics. The e-Commerce Marketing Manager must be very familiar with online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, analytical, organized and detail-oriented. This position encompasses both the listing optimization aspect (rewriting and optimizing product titles, correcting errors that prevent listings from showing, suggestions for better imagery, creative bundling, keeping up with new features introduced at each platform, constantly experimenting with strategies to get our listings ranked highly within marketplace search) as well as various marketplace marketing aspects (for example Ebay promotions manager, Ebay promoted listings, Amazon Campaign Manager) There will be consistent interaction with our marketing, product management and purchasing teams.


•    Development of digital marketing programs, including promotion plans, execution and analysis for the Amazon account.

•    Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics and other retailer ecommerce analytics platforms to derive key business insights and grow Tenda’s ecommerce business.

•    Develop, measure, analyze and report all key performance indicators for Tenda’s ecommerce channel.

•    Analyze performance and impact of digital marketing and merchandising investments with Amazon account to determine customer impact and ROI
     (for both online and in-store purchases).

•    Proactively identify conversion breakdowns on Amazon by analyzing clickstream data and purchase funnel metrics; develop and test new methodologies,
     technologies, or approaches to find potential conversion improvement opportunities.

•    Monitor industry best practices for web analytics and provide recommendations for new analytics platforms.

•    Serve as primary point of contact for web analytics vendors supporting the ecommerce team.

•    Provide analytics support to other departments for all ecommerce analytics-related requests.

•    Use proprietary software to manage the listings, reporting and optimization of products listed within Amazon, Ebay, and all marketplace channels

•    Research, evaluate, and direct feature selection and web presentation of products and marketing.

•    Manage daily e-commerce activities and staff, including inventory management and promotions.

•    Understanding of HTML.

•    Define e-commerce strategy, including content, delivery, site analytics, and target markets.

•    Optimize marketplace listings, keywords, titles, categories and descriptions, implement changes and updates to product descriptions for our top
     performing products

•    Ensure that all products we want listed are getting published and resolving any issues or glitches that may hinder this in a timely manner

•    Maintain the integrity and accuracy of content in all listings

•    Find or take photos of new products, crop, edit and optimize for each marketplace

•    Create and monitor promotional campaigns

•    Analyzing information and making educated decisions to improve marketplace visibility and conversions (images, taxonomy, search, navigation, etc)



•    2 years’ experience using Ecommerce platforms including Amazon and eBay as well as familiarity with third party listing software

•     Experience as a vendor on Amazon.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, Information Technology, or Data Science

•    Intermediate knowledge and understanding SEO, SEM, and e Commerce optimization

•    Experience in executing digital marketing strategy

•    Photo editing experience (Cropping, Re-sizing, background cutout, image optimization)

•    Excellent written and verbal communication

•    Excellent organizational and time management skills

•    Team player who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company

•    Experience working with data feed files, databases, and other structured data files.

•    Deep understanding on presenting the most important aspects of a product to customers to enable a purchase decision

•    Familiarity with the technical specs of computer networking equipment is a plus

•    Familiarity with relational databases and scripting languages that support data manipulation and reporting automation; examples being SQL,
     Visual Basic, SPSS, R, or Python.

•    Excellent data analysis skills and experience with web analytics tools (Amazon Retail Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc)

•    Attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

•    Understanding of internet-related technologies and best practices, including those relating to e-commerce & digital marketing.

•    Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences.

•    Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross functional team environment.

•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
